Spanish Solutions Office in La Zenia

Spanish Solutions Legal and Tax

Spanish Solutions is an award-winning Legal, Tax and Services firm based in La Zenia on the Costa Blanca. We were established in 2005 and have provided integral solutions and legal advice to clients ever since. We have realised, through our long-standing experience, that foreigners in Spain can have a multitude of problems that they need assistance with.  We are reasonably priced and our communication is second to none.

We are very much a family business, with a warm and friendly personal service, giving clear, informed advice, always seeking the best way to provide solutions.

Legal

Our English speaking solicitors provide legal advice on a variety of issues or worries that you may have.  They are on the British Consulate list of recommended lawyers and deal with a variety of different matters including on a No Win No Fee basis at times. We assist with translations, notary visits, all legal work involved with buying and selling houses, Powers of Attorney and writing Spanish Wills.  We can also help with those tricky administrative tasks such as obtaining NIEs, Resdencias/TIES, SIP cards, exchanging car licences, transfer of car ownership and re-registration to Spanish plates.

Tax

On the Spanish tax side, our Accounting department can help residents and non-residents. For businesses and the self-employed, we offer assistance with the start-up and accounting of Spanish businesses, taxes and social security and also give general advice.

Other

We can also provide introductions to builders, architects and other tradesmen, and sort out currency exchange. If you would like to relax and feel that you are in good hands whilst in Spain, let us take care of you.
