    Hello Michael,

    Congratulations on your upcoming move to Cabo Roig.
    We not only have an office here, but I live in Cabo Roig, so we will be neighbours!!
    Have you bought a house yet? Our sister company, Spanish Homes Online, can offer you free conveyancing, etc. if you choose to buy through them. We collaborate with all honest estate agents on the Costa Blanca, so whoever you choose to buy through will be impressed that you picked us.
    Have you seen our new office yet? We are right beside Mevilla on the corner of that building. We have a little coffee shop set up, so why dont we treat you to a coffee when you get here, and we can chat then.
    Something else you may be interested in is our collaboration with Santander Bank. We have a private banking facility for all our clients. (In fact, even if you are not a client of Banco Santander, Spanish Solutions or any of our real estate divisions, we can get you some private banking!!). Hector from Banco Santander will literally visit you at the cafe in Cabo Roig; no waiting in line, nor any of the typical high street bank nonsense. He can issue you a credit card, set up direct debits, and even apply for a mortgage for you right from his laptop! If you, like me, are struggling with a different bank, he can switch your accounts over to Santander in 5 minutes, and as I said, no more putting up with the nonsense of the Spanish banks.
    Other services we can offer you right from our Cabo Roig offices include: building services. Our Spanish builder, Ismael is incredible. He is building a 1,000,0000 villa for a client of ours in La Zenia right now while simultaneously doing a 9,000 euro renovation in an apartment in Villamartin. He works with the top architect in the region. They do pools, gardens, renovations, anything you can think of.
    Vicky, who works in our office, runs a property rental service. You can meet her when you are over. She has lots of clients who invest in buy to rent properties on the Costa Blanca. We offer commercial and residential, naturally at the best possible price. We have a lot of exclusive investment deals.
    Pedro Molina, our barrister, will take care of anything from probate to wills, to court appearances, to divorce (hopefully you dont need it).
