We recently received this question:

“Hello, please advise me on how long I have to keep:-
a. bank papers.
b. AGM community minutes papers.
c. Income Tax papers.
d. Any legal paperwork now no longer being used.”

Our answer:-

“There is no regulation on this, but we would advise that you keep them all 5 years, as this is the usual caudicity period if a problem ever arose and you needed them.”

Please contact Amanda with any queries regarding legal issues.
