We needed legal advice for removing two names from a tenancy for a Spanish apartment. We were given conflicting advice from another solicitor who informed us we couldn’t do this without a lengthy and costly process. When Spanish Solutions got involved they gave us expert advice on how to proceed with the process which was very transparent and also legal. We saved a lot of money by using Spanish Solutions.
We cannot thank Amanda and the team at Spanish Solutions enough. We also needed a POA as we couldn’t travel to the area. Again this process was extremely efficient and timely. Amanda also went above and beyond in changing over some utility bills. I was very impressed with Spanish Solutions and every time I sent an email to Amanda (and there were many) from me and my sister- in law, we received a response within 24 hours every time.
I would not hesitate in using Spanish Solutions again as they were very professional and provided an excellent service for us, which took all the stress out of the process. Please use them, you won’t regret it.
